Family Law: every aspect of Family Law including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Parenting Time, Grandparents Visitation, and Guardianships of Minors and Incapacitated Adults. Criminal Law: all Misdemeanor and Felony charges. In addition to these concentrations, Mike also has a broad, general civil litigation practice including matters of Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Trusts and Estates, Contract Law, and Personal Injury claims. Mike has been practicing in Franklin, Indiana since graduating Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis in 2002. Mike currently serves on the City of Franklin's Plan Commission as well as the Parks Board.
